Johannes Wohlmuth is a European, Belgian, German, Italian and Swiss Patent Attorney with more than 20 years of experience in intellectual property law. He advises and represents clients in patent drafting and prosecution, patentability and freedom-to-operate analyses, opposition and appeal proceedings, and strategic patent matters before the European Patent Office and national IP offices.

Johannes holds a degree in Physics from the University of Freiburg (Germany) and combines a strong technical background with extensive experience in European patent practice. He is fluent in English, German, Italian and French and has working knowledge of Spanish. He is an active member of several international patent associations and serves as an examiner for the European Qualifying Examination (EQE) for European Patent Attorneys.
